Personal Trainer & Nutritional Advisor – Katie is also a Youth Exercise Specialist for kids aged 6-19 years old and has also completed a course in Exercise Strategy for Perimenopause and Menopause.
She is passionate about fitness and is dedicated to improving your health, fitness, and quality of life – transforming unhealthy habits, for life-changing results. She is positive, fun, full of energy and loves working with clients of every shape, size and age to help them become fitter and stronger in body and mind.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, get fitter or stronger or boost your mood and energy, Katie is here to support you and help you stay motivated and focused on reaching those goals.
Her aim is to work with you to deliver outstanding results whilst making sure every session is fun and challenging so you feel strong, positive, and excited about your fitness journey.
